how can your flavor be a part of st. luke's UMYF?
S. A. L. T.
what is it?
S. A. L. T. is a team of young people who have a desire to use their leadership skills to spread the good news of Jesus and create ways for everyone to have a good time!
who is it?
S. A. L. T. members are chosen according to applications submitted annually by any youth that is interested. based on these applications, youth are chosen to represent all ages.
when is it?
S. A. L. T. members meet after UMYF on the last sunday of the month. they also participate on church committees and administrative council.
what do they do?
S. A. L. T. members enter a covenental relationship committing to attend 2/3 of activities involving youth, including sunday morning worship and sunday s. they also plan the sunday night activities, make decisions in the best interest of the youth group, manage the youth MySpace page, and serve as a core representation in action and deed.
