Children's Ministry
At St. Luke's we want to throw our doors wide open to children and welcome them in.
The goal of Children's Ministries at St. Luke's is to provide children with opportunities to experience God's love and grace, and begin to identify ways that they may live as faithful disciples in the world.
"Let the little children come and do not hinder them, for to such belong the kingdom of God!"
These familiar words remind us that children are very much a part of God's plan. Indeed, Jesus himself called the children forward to sit on his knee and hear stories of love, acceptance and forgiveness. That's why here at St. Luke's we invite you to join in worship with your children. Located just outside the main entrance to the sanctuary are notebooks filled with activities for children of all ages. Children are free to pick one up each Sunday and return it to the basket following the worship service.
Because children and their families are so important to St. Luke's, we provide a variety of activities for children of all ages. From birth through the fifth grade, weekday and Sunday activities are planned especially with families in mind.
So come and check us out!
